Description
In 1980, the 1980s were a dark decade of human rights abuses. Judge David Smuts, a young lawyer at that time, memoirs recreate his tension in the courts. He liberates 300 people secretly detained for six years, proving that security forces are torturing people to make false confessions, and that Koevoet kills innocent civilians. He also describes the assassination of his friend Anton Lubowsk.
